You can register via the online registration form on the website. Participation in the conference is free of charge for academic participants. For participants from the industry, a 20 € fee applies.

Yes. You will receive a printed participation certificate upon admission to the event.

The possible poster sizes are A1 or A0 portrait.

Is there a prize for the best poster presentation?
Yes. A poster prize sponsored by DGMet will be awarded to the best poster presentation.

Abstracts for oral presentations must be submitted by 1 August 2026, and abstracts for poster presentations must be submitted by 15 September 2026.
